G8Labs
Rebranding and repositioning to transform the perception of G8Labs from software house to strategic partner for the digitalization of logistics and supply chain companies.
Overview
G8Labs started as an operational company specialized in software development and automation, but over the years the work evolved toward strategic consulting, complex technology project management and system integration, with a strong specialization in logistics and transportation. The existing branding still reflected the old software-house identity, not the strategic partner role G8Labs now has with structured companies and industry associations.
The problem
The current brand communicated a technical and operational identity, suitable for a software development provider, but it did not reflect G8Labs' real positioning as a strategic consultant for process digitalization. It lacked a visual identity solid and authoritative enough to be credible in front of CEOs, operations directors and industry association leaders, across contexts ranging from the website to presentations and institutional events. The challenge was to build a brand that communicated both technical expertise and strategic rigor, without falling into a startup style.
The solution
We built an identity based on custom typography, with soft contemporary shapes able to convey the balance between technological innovation and the professional approach that distinguishes G8Labs. The branding system was designed to stay consistent in every context where the company appears: website, LinkedIn, documents and public speaking. The result is a clean, elegant and authoritative identity that positions G8Labs at the intersection of strategic consulting and operational technical expertise, far from the startup-hype style the client wanted to avoid.
